From Oct 2017 : In London any Vechile made before 2006 gets a Daily £10 charge
They would be paying £11:50 already
each day like all other drivers
but any Old Car or Van from before 2006
another £10 ( from Oct this year).
£21:50 per day to drive your bloody
stinking old car into London.
Makes Sense.
