I guess it's disappointing when people plan their games and then it might not get executed due to lack of interest/people more interested in other games that happen at the same time?
Maybe regulating the amount of parallel games every month and such can help? Just to give a fair chance for everyone and defuse the "unofficial" competition between games.
Most of us do try and organise it fairly and give plenty of notice months prior so people can organise their games accordingly and give plenty of room for others but even then random schedule-stopping games pop up, which is quite irritatiing.
