Havent seen the video so i cant comment on it.
Violence is a very bad thing and i dont support&use it (also with arguing i feel like you can take out your frusration better, violence scars people a lot, both sides really)
However i think in self defence it is justified. It goes for both genders really if a female attacks male should be able to defend himself as well. I remember saying that in a thread and i was attacked by a member ..At least he is not here anymore so
