Plus it sounds like you're restricting yourself way too much (you've just started) and you'll end up feeling hungry and getting cravings which will result in binging.

Yeah I know, it's just when I do like around 1500 calorie diets I always seem to never be able to do it, like after 2 days I stop.
But with 500-800 I find myself sticking to it because I can see the weight loss after a couple of days which really motivates me. It's strange cause you'd think it be the other way round. I'm not doing it alone though, a girl in my class is doing the same (she's already done most of it and it was a really good weight).
Once I get to 12 stone I'll stop and just eat normally, like 1500-2000 calories a day so I don't think I could put on weight, different maybe if I was 9/10 stone.
