The way they kind of expect you to go "Oh that's awful, here you go mate, here's your money back".
One guy was outraged he'd lost £80 on a high-lower bonus card he swore he'd won. The machine had robbed him. Then proceeded to stick another 20 in that same machine that'd "robbed" him.
