I do think that the suggestion that her claims are dampened by the fact that she has a sex tape is disgusting, it's like saying 'well look at what she was wearing, she was asking for it.' Messages prior to the incident are not consent either so it's not enough to throw out her claims.
The lesson to be learned here is that there needs to be better systems in place at this university to prevent this sort of thing from happening and to discover the truth when it does.

It's tantamount to saying that for instance a prostitute can't be raped. It's about consent not someone's sexual history.
Although I get what some are saying I think people need to be careful that they aren't making sexist, double standard judgements.
