Most of us are aware that Le Pen has promised to extend the ban on Muslim women wearing the hijab (headscarf) and on halal food in schools and other public settings.

Most aren't aware that she has equally promised to ban Jewish men from wearing the kippah (aka yamulka) and to ban kosher food from the same places.

France has the biggest Jewish population in Europe. I don't know if it is the biggest observant Jewish population, but there are certainly many observant Jews in France.
