And when he deletes posts he's doing so as a mod, and he's accountable by the other mods for things like that, if he was deleting posts just because he didn't agree with them then the other mods would be aware of that (not to mention that there are a lot of posts he disagrees with and they don't get deleted, so that suggests that it isn't really true that he deletes posts that he disagrees with anyway).

I'm sorry Jamie but it's happened to me where I have posted a response and it's was deleted, this happened in a tit for tat situation, I reported it directly to Josy so I am not lying.
Maybe the way forward and so there is no conflict of interest if a mod is heavily involved in a discussion, another mod needs to moderate the thread, I think this might have been suggested earlier but it seems a way around the issue
