Thats not strictly true in America, I dont believe there is a student-finance alternative, meaning College is more for the wealthy.
Not incredibly relevant either, you suggesting that there is unequal opporunity in the mindset for achievements which is dependent on ethnicity (aka white privaledge) is what was being discussed.
