I don't really believe there's been as many victims as he said there's been since there'd be a trail of carnage in his wake if he killed that many people in a short amount of time so I hope that he's lying and that he'll be brought to justice before those lies become a reality.

Yeah my first thought when he said he'd killed 15 was that he was trying to scare people in the area, I think it's just the one old man who's been killed
He still hasn't been found yet, apparently he's heading for other states nearby
