Again, if you legalise it you can remove the risk of tainted batches by introducing standards and regulations regarding it's production. Cannabis as a whole is dramatically safer than the legal alternatives such as alcohol.
To use fringe cases as an argument against legalising it when they wouldn't exist if it was legalised is quite silly.
