Their answer to fgm is to force children to regularly visit (presumably) gynaecologists?

I know the other half of the debate is 'something has to be done' jesus christ not this though. How can you force children to do this. What does 'believed to be at risk' even mean.

Somebody is in charge of choosing which children, ****ing children, will visit a gynaecologist? Thats disgraceful.
