Yes, I can definitely see that, but I don't think they were needed in this case.
No fire, no trapped people, loads of experienced medics and police on the scene.
Had they of been needed I am sure they would have been given the go ahead.
I can't understand how he says he was half a mile away but a lady paramedic was begging for his help, doesn't quite add up.
