I think Raph could be an easy target...
There ould be the scenarios where people have expressed wanting to go...and that's always an easy way out. Hannah just sits under a blanket and says nothing and Charlotte may have said it after her mum left... With Arthur gone many will have had to come up with another option because apart from Raph he would have been everyone's first choice.
