She spat wine at him so he made a joke about her fillers being the reason she couldn't keep it all in her mouth or something like that.
She went mad about the commwnt but after she told him not to say anything about her appearance he didn't.
She then proceeded to smash his cap off of his head and catch him in the face at the same time.
He over reacted by saying what he did and then got up and walked out. As he walked out he said he needed a fag and called her a stupid ****!

You left out the very important moment that provoked her into hitting him. After she told him what he was saying was wrong, he just
stared at her blankly rather than owning up to his horrible words. He was even smirking after being asked to stop
