but then it still would have been win/win for them having them as 1 housemate (if they knew one would leave with the other regardless), because if they turned out to be bad housemates they'd have just been evicted together anyway. The only scenario where BB would lose is by having them as separate HM's and if one turned out to be a great housemate and one didn't (as happened).
