You don't know what she said to to her colleagues as are not privy to everything she does. She isn't an open book - she doesn't have that kind of nature - but to say she deserves all the humiliation and abuse she gets because she doesn't present her every thought and every feeling on camera is OTT and lacks understanding of different personality types.
