BB could cast interesting young, straight white Housemates, they just choose not to.
And to not sound bigheaded but of the demographic that you wouldn't want in I honestly feel like I would show these straight young male Housemates how to actually be interesting, although I wouldn't do the show they should think about picking people like me who aren't exactly like Lotan and Tom.
