not give a **** about the nationality of the manager and just get the best man possible for the job
Ban big clubs from vacuuming up talent from smaller teams. Maybe some sort of cap on wages under the age of 19-20. You'll see more Dele Alli's coming through. Can't help but think of all the wasted, potentially world class youngsters at Chelsea there are at the moment.
