He might be very immature and doesn't know how to deal with rude people in an effective way. I am more concerned about how dull he is - not sure if there's any hope in that department. If he hadn't latched on to Lotan I doubt he would have featured much. I find his diction very hard to understand.
Hannah was extremely and unnecessarily rude.
