I did think at the time that Aaron's ejection in BB16 was a bit random and unnecessary but once you do something like that you throw open the door for similar scrutiny of everyone else in the future.
Generally think a warning's fine but not an ejection/final warning for it, so long as the other party wasn't upset by it.
