Yeah I agree with this.
However, Tom doesn't seem the type to make a fuss about it if he was uncomfortable. Which he seemed to be towards the end of that whole thing. and yes, no matter what the person on the receiving end thought, if it had been a bloke doing it to a woman he would be hauled over hot coals for it
