Wasn't that usually as a result of task prizes? So long ago I don't really remember. There was definitely some rule about only being able to spend so much on booze..I remember them talking ab out it in bb6 (another one where some got extremely pissed

On a luxury budget 10% would be like 50 quid. Enough to get a fair few of the house very drunk one/two nights if they picked the budget alcohol. It may have been 20%
