Definitely. Not to mention he had known Kieran longer by that point than he has known Andrew. I don't understand why people think just because he might have been okay with a kiss from one person he's suddenly expected to just be sexual with everyone who makes a move on him. He could literally have had sex with Kieran in the house and that still would not have meant Andrew was justified in doing what he died. Baffling .
