i agree - but like you said if a burgular should lose all rights when they get in your house but what if somone goes to the extent of Murdering Someone.
Now murder is against the law. But so is burgulary.
Burgulary Is a very hard topic i should imagine for politicians - I think the whole of england should have a "trial" period of maybe 12 months, that in which A burgular Loses all rights as soon as he enters your property.
That way No burgular would want to enter house if they knew they could be killed or hurt.
Then they should check if the "No rights law" made any difference, if it did then it should be changed, if not then it goes back to the way it is know.
