Part of me thinks the producers are gutted he's not lived up to his Trump-loving, populars-destroying audition and/or pissed off he's lied to get in there, but I can't help but laugh at them for falling for it.

Yes I think this too..the cast him to be some massive controversial character
I can't believe they still fall for it though, obviously people exaggerate or completely make up new personas to actually get on the show. It happens year after year and people still seem shocked when the HM is nothing like their VT
