No she isn't ,just because she makes some obvious comments,doesn't make her mean,iF that was the case half on us on here could be classed as mean,yes even you,as some comments on people are far worse than anything Charlotte has ever said,there is nothing wrong with speaking properly and articulating a situation well,maybe Chanelle could learn a thing or two from her.
