I'm entitled to have an opinion about your opinion. The Doctor is not restricted to being a man so the "legacy" being ruined is a silly remark. Whittaker will do a fantastic job.
Were you like this with The Master becoming Missy? Missy turned out to be one of my favourite characters throughout Capaldi's run, and I have no doubt that Whittaker will make a fantastic Doctor.
