My theory is this, a dog, if it could talk, would have a Welsh accent. Tom has a Welsh accent, and once you've shaved all the hair off a dog, he also looks and behaves very much as you'd expect a talking dog to behave.
I'm really annoyed with the Welsh mutt because I was trying to eat delicious pizza while he described how he ate **** for '5 minutes ten times'. However that works out.
