There's enough programs and apps for parents to monitor and restrict what children can access on the internet, this is just an excuse to test what controls the government can get away with putting on the internet, they're just using parents' fears to blind them into agreeing with it.

Next will be surveillance measures that will be justified through liberal use of the word 'terrorism'. People are fools that will throw away their own rights without a second thought as soon as the government tells them a scary story.
