In this case I think Charlotte/Kieran will easily be evicted as they're both seen in a more negative light than Issy or Raph, plus Issy & Raph have a lot more support to win which will just turn to votes to evict for the other one in a head to head. Then count on the fan/forum campaign to save the fave!
The WORST thing to happen would be Hannah putting her game head on and allowing Issy vs Raph but I highly doubt it...
