It was a personal photo. I'm sure if you were famous and this happened to you, no matter how much you'll deny doing it  , I wouldn't be in favour for your career to be over.
She had every right to take the photo.

I do agree with what you're saying... but if I was in her situation I'd say something like: "Don't fire me, I'm sure most of the kids that have watched HSM have seen a fifi before, so get over it!"
