Isabelle proved that remaining calm and true to yourself in the face of adversity is always the way forward. She was my winner from the moment she refused to apologise when they were all stood over her round her bed shouting and trying to intimidate. She never changed the tone of her voice and just refused to apologise for something she was totally right about.
