Good as its ridiculous. I am talking like 16 years back now, and I know it still goes on. When I was a young teen I used my mothers credit card on william hill. managed to spend a few hundred (mismatched name and everything)..made back what I had lost and then tried to withdraw to break even...and all of a sudden problems and ID checks
They couldn 't refund the amounts that had been deposited...nor could they pay out what I won. So basically, anyone can use any card with no checks and they don't give a crap until you try to get something back, or even break even.

Also this is obviously whats going to happen with this porn block isn't it...kids if they wish to see porn wil just enter dads card details or something, and this will be another huge fraud risk for people
