The housemates don't control the lights and don't have access to just turn it off. Kieron literally had his pillow over his head and was trying to sleep but people were throwing pillows at him.
Also how do you know this is not Jordan/Sam, they both seem like pranksters to me, if anything after Josie talked to Raph about how to win the show, one could argue that it was for the cameras considering it followed straight after. I personally don't believe that, but it would make more sense to come to that conclusion than to call Sam/Jordan fake/camera hogging when people barely know them or their personalities yet.
