He's a frustrated, angry loser who tries to bring other people down rather than elevate himself.

He resents when women show interest in the other males, and tries to sabotage them coming together. When he saw Jordan sitting together with Marissa on the first night, he said he should stay away "because I don't want to cock block." Ostensibly, this is meant to come across as considerate, but in reality he's trying to put it in Marissa's mind that Jordan is only talking to her to try to get in her pants. It's an attempt to make their interaction awkward. Then he stuck his oar in the water with Chad and Amelia, acting like they're in some deep love affair when they've only known each other a couple days, which is why she said she's uncomfortable with Chad now and has taken a step back. This is not by accident.

His "joke" about not being able to remember Karthik's name is superficially playful, but carries the subtext that he is such a low-status person that his name isn't worth remembering. Then he got furious when Karthik called him "boy." He's constantly trying to assert dominance over others, and goes into a bit of a rage when it's done to him.

CBB is only a few weeks long, but I think people will catch onto him before it's over.
