Exactly. It's always the "foreign" sounding names and words.
If it was written down and someone struggled to pronounce it I'd understand, but Karthik is telling them what his name is. It's not difficult to say it exactly as he does.
People would soon be slagging Karthik off if he acted dumb and pretended he didn't know how Marissa was pronounced.
