It's weird to me, especially considering people like Paul have been vile to Karthik yet I still see value in Paul as a Housemate, even if he does encourage too many Showmances for my taste.
But yeah I think I'm with you on just liking who I like, rather than who my favourite likes which is a pattern that gets worse every single series.
