In the conversation regarding Paul, Sarah did come across as if she was gossiping and as if she was implying certain things about Paul by mentioning his 'meds'.

She was nominated for a variety of reasons and, in my opinion, she has shown signs of all those things in the highlights. To me she does come across as highly strung, self centred and self pitying, and if she's displaying more of those traits than we've been shown, I reckon she must be hard to live with.
