Before people jump on her, it's not like she's gone in there and hooked up with him after a few days because she fancies him or whatever to grab some screen time. Of course she's going to feel confused/conflicted about him when he has literally been the only person in the house to comfort her when she's been in some ridiculously uncomfortable and nasty situations.

It still doesn't excuse anything if she does have a boyfriend, but I certainly understand to a degree why she has (potentially) developed feelings for him.
