Get together in the house? Yes.
Get together outside the house? It would be cute but probably not. Most showmances from big brother have a curse and if they get together outside of the house it ALWAYS ends in disaster. Take Stephanie Davis and Jeremy for example. They had a kid together and just recently he was in the news for beating her up and causing her to have a miscarriage.
