He's basically said what a lot of us thought while watching the series.
I recall the episode he was referring to, It was during The Void task, when they had to buzz to earn the right to nominate and discuss noms with the second-chancers. The public chose Raph as the most "two-faced" (it was Hannah that buzzed in with that answer though...)
