I think Chad genuinely likes Sarah but he must find it awkward to have her back and join in with all the others,I mean he has just spoken to Jemma and people already saying he wants to get in her pants: he said he likes her,he said he likes Paul doesn't mean he has to like everything they do,friends should be able to say what pisses them off without falling out it's a sign of maturity.
