She'd be nowhere near as catastrophic as Bear, but she has overstepped a few times so it wouldn't exactlybe a positive ending..

I'd rather Sandi, Sarah, Amelia or Sam win before Jemma but I'd have Jemma win over Helen, Derek, Shaun & Chad
