Sarah is not a clear cut winner!. She has dominated the footage because of her anti-social/extreme behaviour but this is a negative thing. The other housemates have kept clear of her (wouldn't you?) and it's not fair for them because they all have a lot to give but are being repressed by her. Get her out and watch the others blossom in a more positive way!!!
