Ah, I tuned out as soon as I saw the word 'millennials'.
Growing old is a natural process, older people need to stop blaming the youth for the state of the world when it's the older generations' choices that have made the world what it is. Envy of the younger generation's youth is no reason to constantly demonise them.
TS had the right of it though, there's not many people who aren't into politics that would know what it meant, young or old.
