switch to the US format (potentially with some tweaks), up the prize fund to £250k and make people auditioning aware that it will not be a summer holiday but a gameshow, then make half the cast people who want the money at any cost and the other half people like Jayne, Natalie Rowe, Kim Woodburn (emotional messes in other words), cut the cringey graphics and Marcus-screaming intros and tone the whole show down, make Emma have a more serious role,
actually promote the God damn programme as if it's something ~new~ and ~exciting~ and let's see what happens. There is nothing to lose at this point
