Use BBUSA rules that will be all that is needed to make BB9 fresh, exciting and to create public interest like never before.

Obviously I don't mean copy exactly, but stuff like allowing nomination discussion, have a Head of House task every Saturday night live with the HOH then having the power to replace one of the nominees. Nominations still take place as normal, except the HOH doesn't have to nominate and can't be nominated but as I said has to then replace one of the nominees. This will ensure that things aren't always predictable, it ensures that groups will continually change depending on who is HOH and who is nominated, this way you don't just have one strong group picking off the weaker housemates. It will encourage game play, make people admit that they want to win, attract a different set of housemates people who are in it to play and not just for fame and also adapting those rules around the public vote will get people more involved in the show than they have been for years.

HOH could be like the USA one where they get special priviledges for the week, like a kingsize bed, letter from home and a luxury food budget.

Oh and once these rules are in place STICK WITH THEM FOR THE FULL 13 WEEKS. Don't change them on a weekly basis in order to get the results that BB want, just set up the new rules and run with it, that way everyone would have a fair chance of winning.
