Saying you're lucky you're not a lad implies he'd be harder on her if her gender was different which sounds really gross and aggressive, hence my point, not to mention the twat not even getting a warning
And for no reason? He made fun of her appearance, she asked him to apologise, he didn't, and then she took it to bigger heights. Simple as.
