I think you'll find that I
did criticize the Rooneys just a few days ago
. And I don't have any issue with anyone having as many kids as they want. However, when it starts being announced and lauded as some sort of amazing miracle for the nation, I personally think that's a concept that's very much open to criticism.
So no... you don't see other random pregnant couples getting criticism for it... but then, I don't see anyone clapping and swooning because the random lady down the road is pregnant, either
. So I guess the heavy criticism is needed for the sake of some sort of balance.
